Eligibility for Returns
To ensure customer satisfaction, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature or hygiene reasons:

  • Opened beauty products or cosmetics.
  • Worn, altered, or unpackaged hair extensions, wigs, or accessories.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Clearance or final-sale products.

Steps to Request a Return
Initiate a Return

  • Submit your return request by filling out the contact form below.
  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return and contact info.

Approval and Instructions

  • Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Ship the Item

  • Securely package the item(s), including a copy of your receipt and the RA number.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Inspection and Refund

  • After we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
