Eligibility for Returns
To ensure customer satisfaction, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature or hygiene reasons:
- Opened beauty products or cosmetics.
- Worn, altered, or unpackaged hair extensions, wigs, or accessories.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Clearance or final-sale products.
Steps to Request a Return
Initiate a Return
- Submit your return request by filling out the contact form below.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return and contact info.
Approval and Instructions
- Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Ship the Item
- Securely package the item(s), including a copy of your receipt and the RA number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Inspection and Refund
- After we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
