MEET TIFFANY LESTER-WILDER 

Tiffany’s love affair with makeup began in 2007, sparking a deep curiosity to master the art of application and product selection. Her journey into the beauty world is rooted in a desire to help others enhance their natural beauty with confidence. From a young age, Tiffany also had a passion for hair, styling her own for years with creativity and flair.

Tiffany’s dedication and expertise have earned her the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including:

• The Priceless Gown Project, where she provided makeup and styling expertise to help women feel radiant and confident.

• Numerous weddings, ensuring brides look flawless on their big day, whether for intimate ceremonies or grand celebrations.

• Celebrity events, where Tiffany delivered stunning, camera-ready looks for high-profile clients.

MEET KEVIN WILDER

Kevin is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 27 years of experience launching and managing successful businesses. Since starting his first venture, Psalms Communication, in 1998 with sister Danielle Wilder and David Byfield. Kevin has built a legacy of innovation, including the medical equipment marketing company Nex Level Marketing, Inc., the event marketing powerhouse Nex Level Entertainment with Superbowl Champion Ray Lewis, and Mirific Media, Inc., a media company which owned Baltimore’s internet radio station YouHaveToListen.com. Most recently, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Kevin pivoted to launch Harbor Point Cleaning & Sanitation, offering essential cleaning services during challenging times.

Now, in 2025, Kevin and Tiffany have united their talents and vision to create BaltimoreHairAndBeauty.com, a platform dedicated to providing high-quality beauty products accessible to all.
